We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

We sincerely apologies if you have experienced any fault with your purchase.Please contact us immediately returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.Non-refundable items

For hygiene reasons and for your protection we do not accept exchanges or returns on pierced earrings.

Exchanges

if you like to exchange your purchase please ensure to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
